no seriously epic little game. fingering can get a bit much for a person with motor skill deficits such as myself, but well, it's a movement-intensive game and I didn't spend my youth playing Zelda to let all that built up skill go to waste. nice entry.

working on it. SWEEET!! most of them can be solved in a few minutes once you realize tht you ca play it like Scheibung and SLIIDDDDE.

excellent and challenging game, Josh. I had to REALLY think for about 30 minutes on two or three of em, until i realized. then i got two of em by accident. so far, i got up to level 15. stumped!

okay. this could just be that browser issue you mentioned, but the controls kept sticking, and I literally could not get my keyboard to work very well with it. urk. so, urm, urk.
But, that is probably just that browser issue. Ther's really nothing wrong with what I managed to get through, although because of the keyboard issue I couldn't get far. I am giving it a four.

Double and triple check your code, just to be thorough. ;)

Okay. I will give you all the stars, because in terms of object of play you totally hit it.

HOWEVER... as an aspiring writer, I will tell you two things that will prevent all but the most enterprisng and inconsequential of trolls from trolling you for no good and substantially helpful reason.

1. Show don't say. In the case of this kind of game, it is imperative that you communicate effectively with your visuals. In my opinion, there is too much text, not enough gameplay proper.

2. Improve your english mechanics. Some of the mother's responses were too youthful and howed improper entence structure. Read like a writer. Practice writing a bit; it will help you eventually see whee you are off.

3. Practice in you head. Visualize the goal you wish to achieve in as many imagery-utile ways as possible within that noggin of yours. not only will it gve you perspective on THIS work but on EVERYTHING ELSE IN YOUR LIFE as well. ;)

In essence, nice work, but lacking in sentence structure and gameplay elements that are expected for this type of game. (Not enough adventure, too much contributive text- this does not appear to be a text adventure.) the buttons are nice and smooth, though! ;)

Thanks for your helpful comments and suggestions. I really appreciate them and will note them down. I'm not a writer, at least not a professional or an aspiring one, but I like to try my hand on many stuff such as programming, art, music and yes, also writing and story-telling. So giving me feedback like this means a lot to me since it is good guidance. I'm not sure if I will be able to improve, but I will definitely try my best in later projects.

Very nice start.

Sweet game... like the others said, itcould be better in so many ways, but the bones are great... I don't know ANY scripting, so... you are great, compared to me! I want to make games, but it's probably going to be impossible for me... I am a perfectionist, and i have ADHD and other things that get in my way because it makes me physically ill in a way to concentrate on something when the thrill of doing so is no longer there, if outside forces prevent me from accomplishing my goals for the project. Please keep this style! the storytelling aspect of course needs work, but hey; i didn't used to be so good at all the fanfiction I write. Please keep making this style of flash movie! I love the way oyu used the music and the dying. you rock.

Thank you for the review! I may come back to this style after my current project is finished, or I may just work on one as a side project. This game may seem like it had a lot of scripting, but I honestly don't know very much coding. I will work on that so that my future games will be better. Again, thank you!
