...eh. so many arrows and words that have nothing to do with the story. I want to like it, but... nothing puts me off more than being led by the hand through something that should be an immersive, disbelief-suspending experience.

if you made games in the art style of the guys you use for main characters, or got rid of the guys for these photorealistic games, that would be a BIG improvement. it's like trying to mix two different styles that should never have touched, much like the Cracks in Space-Time in Doctor Who. Use the guys in games you draw that look like them, and leave them out of these photorealism games.
