Hrm. I love this! And I agree with the earlier comment about menace and utility; however, the upper left arm's rotation worries me a bit. (coffee pot arm) the other arms don't seem to have ball joints capable of turning that way, so it uh, bugs me a bit. Do they have 360-capable joints or similar and I'm just missing it in the art? (I lost my glasses the other day...)

Otakoma responds:

No, she's not supposed to have 360-capable joints, so it's just an error. I'll try to be more considerate to this kind of stuff.
I appreciate your attention to details!

Ah, I don't like the Planet of the Apes series of movies because of all the harshness and intolerance between both parties, but this is outstanding work, breh. you capture the expressions perfectly.

Rooshie responds:

Thanks Kaiju. I like your point on the films. Never looked at it that way :p

WEll that was lovely. I love this style! The hardness of the geometry couple with the organic nature of the beat. Very soothing.

Rooshie responds:

Much love!

Damn, I'm not much of an artist, unlike you I'll only do sketches and the occasional colored sketch, but this is show-quality work, man. I want to see this alive and breathing on a screen.

BestofNesia responds:

Thanks! I'm actually planning on animating this. Btw, if you haven't already seen, I have animations here, as well! I have a Youtube channel as well - https://www.youtube.com/user/bestofnesia and have been trying to get more subscribers, if you're interested.

oo I like him, Carlot! Is he a super intelligent snarker who pretends to be stupid to gauge the situation? that's my fave type.

BestofNesia responds:

I guess that's what he is, lol. He's super intelligent, so you got that right. He makes a lot of jokes, and that often gets on other people's nerves. As for pretending to be stupid to gauge the situation, he sometimes does that.

Interesting. What is the message? Is it exploration? Or suspended duality or something?

BinaryDood responds:

I never create allegories. I create my own world. That world does not signify anything unusual. It just exists, it has no other meaning. I think symbol and allegory rob the artist. Creator brings up images which express, reveal life the way it is. They are not Aesop's fables. This manner of working would be too primitive not only for the contemporary art but for art of any era. Artistic image possesses an infinity of meanings just like life carries an infinity of meanings. An image changed into a symbol cannot be analysed. When I create my images I use no symbolism of any kind. I want to create an image, not a symbol. That's why I don't believe in interpretations of supposed meanings of my pictures.

Clarity is not most important. The world created by an artist is as complex as the world that surrounds him.

haha, a commentary on cultural appropriation, awesome! I mean, who do we give our dna back TO, yeah? ;)

buriedantenna responds:

That's a very good point.

damn bruddah. This reminds me of Tron AND Fantastic Planet. Sweet.

BinaryDood responds:

Havent watched Tron but love Fantastic Planet!

Ah, Mister Rabbit. Such a pity you had to... HARE off so suddenly. If only you'd had a backup plan- something to...REFLECT your prowess as a private dick. I'd almost swear you could have ESCAPED if you'd only had a KEY piece of information. Alas. Alas.

Hyptosis responds:

Haha, dude, you're awesome. :D

One hundred meters? That ought to keep the cows guessing.
